A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Full payment must be made by the agreed due date.

Late payments may incur additional charges.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule.

Cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits or partial payment.

Pumaly Photo Co Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unsafe conditions, weather, airspace restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Drone & Aerial Photography

All aerial services are conducted in compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.

Flights are subject to weather, location restrictions, and airspace permissions.

Clients are responsible for ensuring access and obtaining property permissions for filming or photography.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

All photos, videos, and other media remain the copyright of Pumaly Photo Co Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive usage rights only for the purposes agreed upon (e.g., marketing, advertising, personal use).

Media may not be resold, altered, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe and lawful access to locations.

Clients must disclose any restrictions, hazards, or limitations at the property or event location.

Pumaly Photo Co Ltd. will not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to client-related issues.

7. Liability

Pumaly Photo Co Ltd. is not liable for damages, delays, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, third-party actions).

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the services provided.
