We work with residential homes, apartments, vacation rentals, commercial spaces, and new developments. Whether it’s a studio or a luxury estate, we’ll present it in the best light.

High-quality visuals help listings stand out, attract more views, sell faster, and often at higher prices. Professional photography and video build trust and make a strong first impression online.

Do you offer drone footage or behind-the-scenes content?
Yes! We offer drone services (weather and location permitting) and can also provide behind-the-scenes clips for social media or keepsakes.

Do you offer packages or hourly rates?

📅 BOOKING & SCHEDULING

How do I book a shoot?
You can book directly through our website or via email. We recommend scheduling 24–48 hours in advance, though same-day bookings may be available depending on our schedule.

What is your turnaround time?
Most photo shoots are delivered within 48-72 hours. Videos, virtual tours, and edited event photos may take 3–5 business days. Rush delivery is available upon request.

Do you shoot on weekends or evenings?
Yes, weekend and twilight shoots are available.

How far in advance should I book your services?
For events and weddings, we recommend booking 3–6 months ahead. For corporate or smaller shoots, 2–4 weeks is usually sufficient, but availability varies by season. Virtual tours and vehicle shooting is available on short notice, minimum 2 days booking notice. 

Do you require a deposit to reserve the date?
Yes, we require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 days before the event/shoot unless otherwise agreed with management.

🏡 PREPARATION & SHOOT DETAILS

How should the property be prepared for the shoot?
The home should be clean, clutter-free, and well-lit. We provide a detailed prep checklist if needed, to help you or the homeowner get everything ready. Small touches like opening blinds and turning on all lights make a big difference.

How long does a typical shoot take?
 It depends on the size of the property:

• Small homes/condos: 30–60 minutes
• Medium homes: 1–1.5 hours
• Large/luxury homes: 2+ hours
  Additional time is needed for video or drone work.

Can I be present during the shoot?
Yes, but it’s not necessary. As long as we have access to the property, we can handle the shoot independently and follow any specific instructions provided.

🎥 PHOTO, VIDEO & DELIVERABLES

What do you include in a standard photo package?
A standard package includes 20–40 professionally edited images (depending on property size), wide-angle interior and exterior shots, and MLS-compliant formatting.

Do you offer drone/aerial photography and video?
Yes. We’re FAA-certified and fully insured for drone operations. Aerial shots are perfect for showcasing location, lot size, and surrounding features.

In what format will I receive the files?
You’ll receive a downloadable link via email or client portal with high-resolution files for print and MLS-optimized versions. Videos are provided in MP4 format and can be uploaded directly to YouTube or listing sites.

The virtual tours will be provided via link which can be added to websites or even integrated in to GOOGLE street view. 

Can I request specific shots or features to be highlighted?
Absolutely. We welcome input before the shoot — whether it’s a fireplace, custom kitchen, view, or architectural detail, we’ll make sure it’s showcased properly.

Do you edit all the photos and videos?
Yes, all delivered images and videos are professionally edited. This includes colour correction, lighting adjustments, and basic retouching. Advanced editing can be requested at an additional cost.

💼 BUSINESS & USAGE

Do you offer monthly or volume discounts?
Yes. We offer pricing packages for agents, brokerages, or property managers who schedule recurring shoots. Contact us for custom pricing based on volume.

What rights do I have to the images and videos?
You receive full usage rights for marketing the property. However, the copyright remains with the photographer. You may not resell or transfer the media to third parties without permission.

Can you add branding or agent information to the videos?
Yes! We can include agent branding, contact info, brokerage logos, or intro/outro slates tailored for your marketing.

Will you upload the content to MLS or my listing platform?
While we don’t upload directly to MLS platforms, we provide files formatted specifically for MLS use. For other platforms (like Zillow or YouTube), we can assist upon request.

🔁 RESCHEDULING & EMERGENCIES

What if there’s bad weather on the day of the shoot?
We monitor the forecast closely. If it’s raining or visibility is poor, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. For overcast skies, we offer sky replacements to maintain consistent quality.

What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee. If we’re already on-site and the property is not ready, a return fee may apply.

What if something goes wrong during the event or shoot?
We come prepared with backup equipment and contingency plans. In the rare case of an emergency, we have trusted professionals we can refer or bring in.

What types of boats do you photograph?
We capture all types of vessels — from centre consoles and fishing boats to sailboats, catamarans, and luxury motor yachts. Whether it’s a dinghy or a superyacht, we deliver high-quality images that make it stand out.

What’s included in a standard boat photography package?
Our standard package includes 20–40 professionally edited images of:

How should the boat be prepared before a shoot?
The vessel should be cleaned and clutter-free. We recommend removing personal items, opening blinds/hatches for natural light, and ensuring lights and electronics are functional. We’ll send a prep checklist before the shoot.

Can you photograph boats in the water?
Yes, and it's often preferred. We shoot dockside, underway, or at anchor — depending on your goals. Aerial drone shots can also enhance listings dramatically when the boat is in motion.

How quickly do I receive the photos?
Photo galleries are delivered within 48–72 hours. We also offer same-day or rush delivery for a small fee.

Are your photos suitable for Boattrader, YachtWorld, or MLS?
Yes. All images are formatted to meet the technical and branding requirements of major platforms, including BoatTrader, YachtWorld, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and brokerage websites.

Do you offer aerial (drone) photography?
 Absolutely. We’re FAA-certified and fully insured to provide drone footage — perfect for showing off your boat’s size, layout, marina location, or while it’s underway.

🧭 VIRTUAL TOUR SERVICES

What is a virtual boat tour?
A virtual tour is an interactive 360° walkthrough of the boat, allowing buyers to explore every area as if they were on board. It's ideal for remote buyers and luxury listings, offering an immersive experience far beyond static photos.

How is a virtual tour different from a video walkthrough?
A video walkthrough is a guided cinematic video. A virtual tour, however, lets users interact with the boat — move through rooms, zoom in/out, and look around in 360° — similar to Google Street View but inside a vessel.

What virtual tour platforms do you use?
We use Kuula. The tour is hosted online and can be embedded on websites, sent via link, added to listings or added to GOOGLE street view.

What’s included in a virtual tour package?
 A standard virtual tour includes:

• 360° walkthrough of all accessible interior and exterior areas
• Custom branding (agent logo, contact info)
• Clickable info tags for key features
• Hosted tour link 

Optional add-ons include drone flyovers and integration with Google Street View or dealership websites.

Can you create a tour for a boat at anchor or in-water?
Yes, we can capture immersive 360° tours on floating docks, at marinas, or aboard vessels underway (conditions permitting). We use stabilization equipment to ensure a smooth user experience.

How long does it take to deliver the virtual tour?
Virtual tours are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the size of the vessel and complexity. 

Rush delivery is available.

How can I use the virtual tour to market my boat?
Virtual tours can be embedded in:

• BoatTrader and YachtWorld listings
• Brokerage or dealer websites
• Email campaigns
• Facebook and social media ads
• QR codes for printed marketing at boat shows or marinas

We’ll provide everything you need to post and share it effectively.

Can I include custom branding or voiceovers in the tour?
Absolutely. We can add your logo, contact info, background music, voiceovers, or even interactive “info hotspots” to highlight features like electronics, engines, or recent upgrades.

Do you offer bundle pricing for photos and virtual tours?

🌊 LOGISTICS & EXTRAS

What areas do you service? Do you travel to other marinas?
We service ESSEX and 100 mile surrounding area, but we’re happy to travel to nearby marinas, docks, or storage yards. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

What if the weather is bad on shoot day?
For overcast days, we can proceed — and even enhance skies digitally. In the case of rain or high winds (especially for drone work), we’ll reschedule at no charge.

Who owns the rights to the virtual tour and photos?
You receive full rights for marketing the boat. We retain copyright for portfolio use, but you are free to use the media for listings, social media, and printed materials.

Do you work with brokerages or offer packages?
Yes. We partner with brokers and dealers to provide consistent, high-quality media for your listings. Bulk discounts are available for regular clients.
